Arke, Inc. Client Profile

Problem: In 2003 the Italian spiral stair company Albini & Fontanot decided to expand their business to the United States.  The American subsidiary was called Arke, Inc.  However, for a well known stair maker in Europe, starting from stratch in the U.S. was a huge challenge.  They started with no web presence since the Italian company's website didn't support the English language.  Arke sought the help of Accession Media to build their internet business from the ground up.

Accession Media Solution: We started from the foundation and worked our way up - website design, development, and hosting.  Beyond the initial build, Arke needed a solution to drive site traffic and generate online leads that they could convert into sales. 

Search engine marketing, including natural SEO and pay-per-click were the answer to get traffic to the site at an affordable cost per visitor.

Once the visitors arrived, and liked what they saw, Arke needed a way to capture and manage those leads in the most efficient manner possible for a limited staff available to follow up on them.  We created a Lead Capture Database which allows Arke to communicate with perspective buyers quickly, easily, and efficiently thus facilitating the closing process and keeping the goal on efficiency and low cost per acquisition.

Results: Arke now has an efficient website that is easy for potential buyers to use and allows buyers to get more information, pricing, and their questions answered with the click of a mouse.  They are also ranking very well on Google for select keywords such as "spiral staircase kit" and "modular staircase".  We have optimized their cost per lead down to a very healthy number that makes for an excellent return on investment.  Arke has really made their mark on the U.S. spiral staircase market with the help and support of Accession Media.
